    Product Overview:

    With advancements in dry desulfurization technology, dry methods with significant advantages are gradually replacing wet desulfurization. Many existing desulfurization towers in the market are approaching maintenance or replacement cycles due to corrosion and other factors. Replacing these towers with dry desulfurization processes offers lower investment and operational costs.

    Dry desulfurization utilizes highly efficient calcium-based desulfurizers, which are strongly alkaline inorganic non-metallic powders. These agents excel in gas adsorption, reactivity, fluidity, and reaction speed. They also feature broad temperature adaptability (0–430°C), low construction costs, minimal carbon emissions, and easily recyclable by-products, making them highly promising for widespread applications.

    This product has been extensively applied in industries such as lime kilns, coking, steel, metallurgy, chemicals, mineral processing, and building materials under complex flue gas conditions. It achieves a desulfurization efficiency of over 97%.
